Chia & Flax Seed Porridge Recipe

How to make your porridge grain free!⁠ ⁠This recipe is my paleo grain free porridge and it’s delicious and nutritious for the whole family


  • 4 tbsp coconut flour⁠
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds ⁠
  • 2 cups coconut milk ⁠
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup⁠
  • 2 tbsp collagen powder⁠
  • Large pinch sea salt ⁠


  1. Combine the dry ingredients then add the coconut milk, maple syrup and sea salt. Store in the fridge overnight, ready for breakfast the next day. 
  2. Add chopped nuts and berries of your choice and can be eaten warmed up or cold depending on your preference. ⁠
  3. Side note: You can skip the maple syrup to make this paleo porridge keto friendly.⁠
